Oftentimes, we are asked to serve more than one entity at the same address on the same case. We think it is unfair to charge you extra for what ends up being a miniscule amount of extra paperwork.

Palmetto Legal Gophers will make three attempts of service on the location address provided. The attempts will be on different days and times, when we would expect the defendant to be available.

Rush service is defined as any paper that has to be served within 24-48 hours. This service costs $99 in addition to standard charges. For Same Day service, we charge an additional $131.
